Happy New Year, Delhi. I hope this year brings you peace and happiness.

This week’s trivia question is how many families were helped by the Delhi Children’s Christmas fund this year? Thanks to generous donations and volunteers, 24 families could provide their children with gifts this Christmas season. There is still time to donate to the Delhi Children’s Christmas Fund to help support their efforts for Christmas 2024 and beyond. It is a non-profit organization whose goal is to assist families in the Delhi School District with their gift-giving during the holiday season. Please mail donations to Barb Sturdevant at 13 Second Street in Delhi, NY 13753. Call 746-6233 if you have any questions about donating. All donations are greatly appreciated and go to put smiles on children all over the Delhi area.

This week’s trivia question is where was the American House Hotel located?

This week’s community volunteers of the week are the members of the fire department and EMS. Not only do they respond to every emergency in the community and beyond, but they also took time out to bring Santa around the village spreading joy. Thanks to these volunteers for all the time they spend helping others. Your hard work and dedication to keeping your community safe don’t go unnoticed.
