Organizers of the 2022 Meredith Dairy Fest, held June 11 and 12, donated $11,000 to Delaware County community groups. Proceeds from this year’s festival were donated to: fire departments in East Meredith, Meridale, and Treadwell, and the Delaware County Firemen’s Association. Money was also donated to a Girl Scout Troop, Junior Holstein Association, the Delhi Community Band, PTA of Delaware Academy and Future Farmers of America.
The new sign at the corner of Turnpike Road and state Highway 28 was made possible with a grant from Delaware County Economic Development and contributions from various individuals.
Preparations are underway for the 2023 Meredith Dairy Fest on June 10 and 11, 2023.
