James Cook, 31, Masonville, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and second-degree burglary. Cook is being held at the Delaware County Jail awaiting court proceedings in Masonville Town Court.
Carolyn Brenna, 56, Colchester, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal nuisance and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, accused of purchasing alcohol for minors, who after consuming the alcohol caused a disturbance. She was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Colchester Town Court.
Louis Manzanares, 20, Uniondale, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to dim lights and uninspected motor vehicle. Manzanares was issued traffic tickets to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.
Kassondra Pierce, 30, Hamden, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child following a complaint by Delaware County Child Protective Services. Pierce was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Hamden Town Court.
Travis R. Loucks, no age provided, Hobart, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic incident. Loucks was released on his own recognizance to answer the charge in Stamford Town Court. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the alleged victim.
Peter M. Maguire, 69, Meredith, was issued a criminal summons Aug. 11 and charged with trespassing. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.
Michael H. Vogel, 30, Delhi, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with petit larceny and trespass, following a July 6 incident in Sidney. Vogel was released on his own recognizance to answer the charge in Sidney Town Court.

Michael H. Vogel, 30, Oneonta, was arrested Sept. 15 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.
George L. Morales, 30, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.,
Paul G. Kiesinger, 38, Norwich, was arrested Sept. 17 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.
Anna M. Dotey, 60, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
New York State Police
Thomas J. Wright, 36, Sidney, was arrested by Oneonta State Police Sept. 14 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of weapon. Wright was held in jail to await a court appearance.
Ashley A. Botte, 31, Deposit, was arrested on Sept. 18 by Sidney State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Botte was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Masonville Town Court.
