SEVA to host QiGong workshop Sept. 24

Learn about balancing your energy, synchronizing your body clock, listening to and trusting yourself at a QiGong workshop at the SEVA auditorium, Scott Road, South Kortright, Saturday, Sept. 24 from 2:30-5 p.m.

There is a $40 fee.

QiGong benefits health, vitality and happiness. It may reduce pain, fatigue and apathy, and increase joy, strength and health. Qi Gong is movements, breath, diet and emotional awareness.
