DELHI - The annual Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival will take place Saturday, July 25 at SUNY Delhi, with select classes and special offerings also available on Friday, July 24, and Sunday, July 26.
Founded by Delhi business owner Raegan Reed, it has become one of the region’s premiere wellness events, welcoming hundreds of participants each year for a weekend of movement, mindfulness, nature, and community in the heart of the Catskills.
The festival features close to 40 yoga and movement classes, including Acro Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Paddleboard Yoga, breathwork, meditation, hiking, plant walks, floating sound baths, and more.
Attendees can also explore the festival’s Vendor Village, featuring local artists, makers, wellness practitioners, and specialty vendors.
After relocating from Plattekill Mountain to SUNY Delhi in 2025 to accommodate growth, the festival continues to expand while maintaining its welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Single and double occupancy residence hall rooms are available at SUNY Delhi for Friday and Saturday nights. Guests interested in on-campus accommodations must register by July 12.
General admission, including access to the festival grounds and Vendor Village, is free. Class passes range from the $40 Basic Pass, which includes one class or workshop, to the $180 VIP Pass, featuring up to six classes, preferred parking, a custom festival tote with curated gifts, and more.
