Family members gather on a memorial bench dedicated to the memory of Jessi Raber during a July 11 ceremony at the Community Garden at the former Delhi pool site. Installed on what would have been Raber’s 48th birthday, the handcrafted bench, created by Nathaniel Batthany, was commissioned with support from the village of Delhi as a lasting place for reflection and remembrance. The family thanked the village, Mayor Jeff Gearhart, Daren Evans for supplying materials and Batthany for helping create the tribute honoring Jessi’s life and legacy.
