SUNY New Paltz has announced its dean’s list for the fall 2025 semester, a recognition for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load. From Delaware County the list includes Katherine Edelson of Andes, Akasha Finkle of South Kortright, Linetth Garcia-Leal of Fleischmanns, Greenlee Kivell of Hamden, and Elizabeth Richards of Walton.

Nearly 2,000 students were named to the Fall 2025 President’s List at Hudson Valley Community College.

Hudson Valley Community College President’s List recognizes students each fall and spring term who earn a term GPA between 3.5 and 4.0 and receive no grades of D, F, I or Z, or their remedial equivalents. Full-time students must successfully complete at least 12 college credits, and part-time students must complete at least six. A grade of W, remedial coursework and previously attempted courses do not disqualify a student as long as all other requirements are met. The honored students include these Delaware County residents: Neleh Brown of Bovina Center who is studying in the non-matriculated student academic program; Cortnea DeMaio of Roxbury who is studying in the business administration academic program; Lauren Dengler of Hobart who is studying in the individual studies academic program; Lelend Donato-Williamson of Stamford who is studying in the non-matriculated student academic program; Ryleigh Goodchild of Roxbury who is studying in the individual studies academic program, and Lillian Stalter of East Meredith who is studying in the non-matriculated student academic program.

Julia Baxter of Delancey was named to The University of Alabama deans list for fall semester 2025.
