UHS Delaware Valley Hospital (UHS DVH) had 66 babies in its annual Cutest Baby Contest at the 2024 Delaware County Fair. This year’s winners are, in first place, Quinnlyn Cronk, daughter of Shannon Hitt and Dave Cronk of Walton; second place, Josie Morgan, daughter of Alex and Madison Morgan of Sidney Center, and the third place winner is Hayven Mootz, daughter of Steven and Paige Mootz of Fishs Eddy.
Each winner will receive a Wayne Bank savings account. More than $3,000 was raised for capital projects at DVH by the event.
Karina Martin from West Wardsboro, Vermont was the winner of a two-seat glider bench raffled by UHS Delaware Valley Hospital at the hospital’s booth in the commercial tent.
In addition to the contests, the UHS DVH booth offered blood pressure checks, displays and information about the proposed hospital expansion project, and a brief history of the hospital’s 75-year service to the community.
