Delaware Academy dominates second half to defeat Johnson City, 62-42

DELHI - The Delaware Academy Bulldogs rallied in the second half to secure a commanding 62-42 non-league victory over the Johnson City Wildcats on Feb. 1.

Despite trailing by a point at halftime, Delaware Academy surged ahead with a dominant 39-18 second-half performance. Lucas Nealis sparked the offensive explosion, scoring all 19 of his points after the break. Seamus deMauro led all scorers with 21 points and added 10 rebounds in a strong all-around effort.

The Bulldogs also saw key contributions from Ivan Richardson, who tallied 8 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists, while Rocco Schnabel added 7 points and 7 rebounds. Tommy Nagy helped facilitate the offense with 6 assists.

Johnson City was paced by Keon Saintilien with 14 points and Felix Morales with 13 points.
