BOLTON LANDING — Elected officials from the villages of Delhi and Franklin joined peers from across New York state at the annual New York Conference of Mayors (NYCOM), held from Wednesday, May 28, through Friday, May 30, in Bolton Landing on Lake George.
The village of Delhi was represented by Mayor Jeff Gearhart and Trustees Janet Tweed, Barb Sturdevant, and Ian Lamont. The village of Franklin sent Mayor Johanna VanDeusen, Trustees Constance Martin and Morgan McLean, and Deputy Clerk James Martin.
The three-day conference offered workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities designed to support municipal leaders in navigating issues ranging from infrastructure and budgeting to community engagement and economic development.
