DELHI - Raven’s View Genetics LLC, a New York State–licensed cannabis cultivator
based in Delhi, will host a complimentary, all-day series of workshops focused on sex and
gender bias in the workplace on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
The workshops will take place at the Delaware County Business Alliance Conference Room,
5½ Main St., Delhi, and will be offered in 90-minute sessions throughout the day from 11:30
a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Local businesses, organizations and community members are encouraged
to attend.
The interactive sessions will cover the differences between gender, sex, racial and age bias;
explore implicit (unconscious) versus explicit (conscious) bias; and examine how these
biases affect workplace morale, productivity and safety.
Raven’s View Genetics, LLC is bringing this workforce initiative from the cannabis industry
to support local employers and the broader Delaware County community. The workshops
highlight the role of training and the importance of workplace initiatives focused on
diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), in recognizing bias, improving decision-making, and
fostering respectful, inclusive work environments.
Attendance is free, but advance registration is required. Participants should RSVP by email
and include the number of attendees and either their business affiliation or personal
interest.
