DELHI - The Sherwood Road bridge over the West Branch of the Delaware River will close to through traffic beginning Monday, Oct. 5, for deck repairs.
The bridge is expected to remain closed for approximately one week, with the closure continuing through Friday, Oct. 9, weather and construction conditions permitting.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes while the work is underway and should plan for additional travel time.
The closure is necessary to allow the county to complete repairs to the bridge deck safely and efficiently.
