DELHI- Tristan Skeete, 38, Brooklyn, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury and charged with second-degree assault, accused of physically injuring an inmate at the Delaware County Jail where he was being held as a federal inmate for violating the terms of parole.
Skeete was moved from the Delaware County Jail and is awaiting arraignment in Delaware County Court on April 29.
