Twenty-one members of the New Kingston Valley Association marked Earth Day on Saturday, April 18, by clearing litter from local roadsides and streams, a community effort that blended stewardship with celebration. Volunteers were supported with supplies from the Catskill Watershed Corporation and assistance from the Middletown Highway Department, before gathering for an after-party hosted by Annie Pevear and Kev Bewersdorf.
