Eligible Delaware County residents can access funding through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).
Eligibility is determined by:
• Income;
• Household Size;
• Type of Primary Heating Source
• Presence of a household member who is either under the age of 6, 60 years or older, or permanently disabled.
Eligible heat sources include:
• Electricity;
• Natural Gas;
• Oil;
• Coal;
• Propane;
• Wood/Wood Pellets;
• Kerosene;
• Corn
