DELHI - Aidan M. Demorier, 20, Johnson City, was sentenced to 1 1/3 to 4 years in prison on a charge of second-degree bail jumping in Delaware County Court Monday, June 3.
Demorier failed to appear in court April 1, 2022 after being released on recognizance while facing felony charges. He failed to turn himself in 30 days after missing the court date.
He was then indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury March 21 for bail jumping and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Demorier pleaded guilty to bail jumping April 8.
