Invitation to Bid
The Delaware County Soil & Water Conservation District (DCSWCD), 44 West Street,
Suite 1, Walton, NY 13856 is seeking bids on behalf of the Town of Middletown,
Delaware County NY, from qualified contractors for the New Kingston WWTF CSBI
Riparian Buffer Planting. The project site is located at 4826 County Highway 6
in the Hamlet of New Kingston, NY . The planting area is approximately 5.0 acres
in size and includes installation of native trees and shrubs, live stake
installation, and native seeding and mulching. The expected performance date is
between September 14 and November 20, 2026 .
