The Village of Stamford DPW is seeking a full-time laborer. The job duties

include familiarity with hand tools, general maintenance and repair, physical

labor, road flagging, assisting on construction and excavation sites, snow

removal, and landscaping. Experience isn’t necessary, but beneficial. Must have

CAPITAL PROJECT PROPOSITION I

Shall the following resolution be adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Walton Central School District is hereby authorized to

undertake a capital improvement project consisting of construction of a new bus

garage adjacent to the Junior/Senior High School campus, as well as

reconstruction, renovation and construction of improvements and upgrades to the

District’s Junior/Senior High School building and Townsend Elementary Building

and the sites thereof, the purchase of original furnishings, equipment,

machinery and apparatus required in connection with the purposes for which such

buildings, facilities and sites are used, all to include site, access, parking,

demolition, utility, mechanical, plumbing and electrical improvements as well as

payment of professional fees and all other necessary costs incidental to such

work (collectively, “Project I”) and expend therefore a total sum not to exceed

$22,750,000, which is estimated to be the total maximum cost thereof, and to pay

for Project I by spending $1,780,700 together with any unexpended interest

earnings on deposit in the Capital Reserve Fund approved by the District’s

voters in May of 2019 and then terminate such fund, and the levy of a tax which

is hereby voted in the amount of $20,969,300, subject to available State aid or

to any other revenues available for such purpose, which tax shall be levied and

collected in annual installments in such years and in such amounts as may be

determined by the Board of Education and in anticipation of the collection of

such tax, bonds and notes of the District are hereby authorized to be issued at

one time, or from time to time, in the principal amount not to exceed

$20,969,300, and a tax is hereby voted to pay the principal and interest on said

obligations when due.

CAPITAL PROJECT PROPOSITION II

Only if Capital Project Proposition I is approved by the voters, shall the

following resolution be adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Walton Central School District is hereby authorized to

front loop drop-off area at the Townsend Elementary Building and the site

thereof, the purchase of original furnishings, equipment, machinery and

apparatus required in connection with the purposes for which such buildings,

professional fees and all other necessary costs incidental to such work

(collectively, “Project II”) and expend therefore a total sum not to exceed

$1,332,000 which is estimated to be the total maximum cost thereof, and to pay

$1,332,000, subject to available State aid or to any other revenues available
