Meredith Republicans invite the public to a “know your vote counts” get-together. In a relaxed, informal setting, those attending will be able to ask questions on the voting process.
Sample ballots, registration forms, applications for absentee ballots will be available for review; explanations of districting and redistricting and anything will be reviewed.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 22 from 4-6 p.m. at the East Meredith Firehouse, 6192 County Highway 10, East Meredith. Coffee and snacks will be provided. All are welcome. Election Day is Nov. 8.
