Missed the Deadline? Seniors can still apply for Enhanced STAR Exemption

The Delaware County Assessors Association announced that those that turn 65 this year and missed the assessor’s filing deadline of March 1 for the Enhanced Star exemption, may file directly with New York state. Complete Form RP-425-GC and mail it to the address listed in the instructions - form RP-425-GCins. The forms can be obtained at your assessor’s office or online at https://www.tax.ny.gov/forms/orpts/star.htm
