Members of the Hudson Highlands Retread Motorcycle Club presented Helios Care with a $2,000 donation and the local Alzheimer’s Association with $500 on Aug. 31. The contributions were raised through the club’s annual Father’s Day raffle at the Southside Mall and other fundraisers. The club has donated annually to Helios Care, formerly Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care, since 1994. The donations help support community services, including bereavement counseling, spiritual care, massage therapy and Kids Camp Forget-Me-Not for children who have lost a loved one.
