DELHI - John Macrabie, 27, of Otego, pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, in Delaware County Court, Monday, June 3.
Macrabie admitted to engaging in oral sexual conduct with a 15-year-old child in the town of Walton Sept. 4, 2021.
In exchange for the guilty plea, Macrabie will be placed on probation and be required to register as a sex offender for 20 years.
Macrabie is scheduled to be sentenced July 22.
