Delaware County Sheriff’s Office
Prince B. Johnson, 27, Binghamton, was arrested July 12 on a Walton Town Court warrant for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Following centralized arraignment, Johnson was released on recognizance to answer the charge in Walton Town Court.
Elizabeth J. Vann, 65, Willow, was arrested July 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and unsafe passing. Vann was issued tickets to answer the charges in Bovina Town Court.
James J. Nash, 43, Sidney, was arrested July 18 on a Delaware County Family Court warrant for failure to pay child support. Nash was held in centralized arraignment.
Ariel U. Devers, age 35, Margaretville, was arrested July 21 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed driver. Devers was issued traffic summonses to answer the charges on Middletown Town Court.
John E. Coss Jr., 25, Andes, was arrested July 29 and charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, public lewdness and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Coss was held for centralized arraignment.

Brandon Loucks, 27, East Meredith, was arrested July 28 and charged with suspended driver’s license and suspended registration. Loucks was issued tickets to answer the charges in Hartwick Town Court.

Brian E. Kingsbury, 49, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police July 24 and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Kingsbury was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Norwich Town Court.
Jacqueline R. Barkman, 38, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police July 24 and charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Barkman was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Unadilla Village Court.
Brian M. Worden, 36, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police July 24 and charged with petit larceny. Worden was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Unadilla Village Court.
Ashley A. Belfance, 38, Harpersfield, was arrested by Margaretville State Police July 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Belfance was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.
Kenneth L. Stone, 55, Davenport, was arrested by Oneonta State Police July 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Stone was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Oneonta Town Court.
Joseph E. Vanblarcom, 20, Margaretville, was arrested by Oneonta State Police July 30 and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree aggravated harassment. VanBlarcom was held at centralized arraignment.
Bobbi Jo Jerman, 38, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police July 28 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Jerman was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Sidney Village Court.
