Joshua M. Hunt, 27, Unadilla, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and on an Otsego County arrest warrant.

Dandre M. Boyd, 30, Sidney, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree aggravated harassment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Tony Williams, 28, Sidney, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with third-degree assault.

Lloyd R. Hunt Jr., 43, Unadilla, was arrested Oct. 23 on a Walton Village Court warrant.

New York State Police

Robert J. Mackey, 32, Unadilla, was arrested Oct. 23 by Sidney State Police and charged with first-degree rape, third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Mackey was held for centralized arraignment.

Steven Santiago, 42, Stamford, was arrested Oct. 23 by Margaretville State Police, and charged with four counts of second-degree menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Santiago was held for centralized arraignment.

Alyssa F. Jones, 23, Bainbridge, was arrested Oct. 23 by Sidney State Police and was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Jones was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Unadilla Town Court.

Joshua J. Heady, 32, Deposit, was arrested Oct. 27 by Oneonta State Police and charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass. Heady was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Oneonta Town Court.

Gage Michael Pinkoski, 24, East Meredith, was arrested Oct. 28 by Oneonta State Police and charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree criminal obstruction of breathing. Pinkoski was held for centralized arraignment.
