The Roxbury Arts Group will launch the Headwaters Maker’s Circle on Saturday, Oct. 17, inviting artists and crafters to work on projects, share ideas and create alongside others.
The first gathering will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the Headwaters Arts Center, 66 Main St. The group will meet on the third Saturday of each month.
Participants may bring portable projects in any medium, including knitting, crocheting, quilting, painting, drawing and printmaking. The free, drop-in program is open to makers of all ages and abilities. Participants may stay for the full two hours or stop by for part of the session. No registration is required.
Materials will be available upon request, but participants are encouraged to bring their own supplies.
