A Veterans Resource Fair was held at the Sidney Elks' Club Nov. 5 with 94 veterans, 29 guests and 29 vendors present. A meal of chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, vegetables, and desserts was served. Veterans left with a lot of information from the vendors. Free hair cuts and blood pressure screening were very popular. Veterans Service Officers from Delaware Otsego and Chenango counties were present.
