SIDNEY — The Sidney American Legion’s Charles L. Jacobi Post will host its annual clambake from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at the post, 22 Union St.
The event is open by advance ticket purchase only. Tickets cost $60 per person and must be purchased by Aug. 1. Tickets are available at the post or by calling 607-563-8031.
The menu includes clams, shrimp, chicken, baked beans, salt potatoes, macaroni salad, broccoli salad, Manhattan and New England clam chowders. Draft beer and wine are included with admission.
Shrimp and both chowders will be served from noon to 1 p.m., with clams beginning at 1 p.m.
Organizers encourage attendees to purchase tickets early, as no tickets will be sold at the door.
