DELHI - Peter D. Puglisi, 39, Sidney, pleaded not guilty to burglary in Delaware County Court, Tuesday, May 28.
Puglisi was indicted May 23 and charged with third-degree burglary, accused of unlawfully entering a storage unit in the village of Sidney on March 24 with the intention of stealing items.
Puglisi was released on recognizance scheduled to appear in court on June 17.
