SUNY Delhi and New Mind Education have announced a strategic partnership to implement New Mind’s Global Academy. Global Academy will bring together SUNY Delhi’s excellent experiential learning opportunities and New Mind’s specialization in global partnership development to attract more qualified international students to attend SUNY Delhi.

A global platform of various international institutions in China, India, Vietnam, and Taiwan will be established for SUNY Delhi students and faculty to expand their international horizons. Faculty will have the opportunity to teach overseas, and students will begin their general education requirements in their home country before arriving to SUNY Delhi’s campus to complete their academic program. SUNY Delhi will become a leader of internationalization in Central New York while making its programs academically and financially accessible to many international students.

Initial engagement has been started with upGrad Global, Amity University in India, East China University of Political Science and Law, and University of International Business and Economics in China.

Dr. Mary Bonderoff, acting president at SUNY Delhi, said she and her colleagues are excited to enter into a partnership with the reputable global universities. Unique academic programs, the award-winning faculty, and integrated hands-on experience and internship opportunities currently serve over 3,500 domestic students. With this partnership, they look forward to attracting more international students to contribute to Delhi’s diverse and innovative campus.
