SUNY Men’s golf tops April 13 match


DELHI - The men’s golf team hosted three schools Thursday, April 13, at the College Golf Course at Delhi. They had a great day out on the course filling up the top six spots on the leaderboard and taking home the team win by 50 strokes.

As a combined team, the Broncos shot a 290 (+6), which proved to be 50 strokes ahead of second-place finishers. Junior Jordan Starley had a fantastic day carding a two under par for a 69 (-2) to win the invite. He was followed by junior Thomas Christoffersen in second place with a 72 (+1) and sophomore Gabriel Horsford in third with a 74 (+3). Junior Will Good and freshman Rocco Macera tied for fourth carding a 75 (+4), while junior Branson Morrison tied for sixth with a 76 (+5).
