Crews from ING Civil, Inc. of Watervliet, are building a temporary bridge on state Route 10 near Delhi Alliance Church. The bridge will be in use beginning June 10 or 12. According to the New York State Department of Transportation, the existing bridge over Elk Creek will be replaced. Construction of the permanent bridge is expected to finish by July 29, 2026, at a cost of $2.9 million.
