The Grant Rogers project in collaboration with Music on the Delaware and the William B. Ogden Library will present a film screening of a remastered copy of the film ‘Indian Summer’ and a new short documentary titled ‘The Fall of Cannonsville.’

The films document the destruction of Cannonsville, New York, as its residents were forced out in order to make way for the building of the reservoir that supplies New York City with fresh drinking water.

The movies will be shown at the Walton Theatre Thursday, June 29 at 6:30 p.m. At the close of the films, the audience will be invited to question and talk about the films and that time period in our history. Film producer Charles Cadkin will be there to speak.

For questions contact the theatre at 607-865-NOTV {6688} or the William B. Ogden Library at 607-865-5929.
