SIDNEY - New York State Police held their annual Memorial Day service and ceremony at Troop C headquarters in Sidney, Thursday, May 23.
Major Lucas Shuta led the service recognizing and honoring troopers and other law enforcement who lost their lives in service.
New York State Police Superintendent Steven James, First Deputy Superintendent R. Christopher West, current and retired troopers, family, friends and community members attended the ceremony.
