The United Way of Mid Rural New York raised $590,543 in its fall 2025 campaign, exceeding its $562,900 goal, and has funds for 2026 programs across four counties.

In total, 42 local programs will receive support: 21 in Chenango County ($263,485), 12 in Madison County ($71,861), 11 in Otsego County ($43,666), and nine in Delaware County ($17,713). All are in the second year of a two-year competitive funding cycle.

Funded programs must align with one of four focus areas: youth opportunity, access to health care, community resiliency, and financial security. Applications for the next cycle open this summer.

Beyond direct grants, the campaign also supports regional initiatives including the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, the 2-1-1 Information and Referral Hotline, the CASH Coalition, the Regional Dental Task Force, and the Regional Micro Loan Program.
