WALTON - Walton trustees held a special meeting Monday, Aug. 19 to address steps taken to alleviate flooding in the area of Cherry Street and Guild Avenue. Flooding results from rain events, residents said, due to earth moving at an adjacent manufacturing facility, among other reasons.
