DELHI - Supervisors held public hearings on the 2024 budget and proposed raises for department heads on Nov. 21. There was no comment by a member of the public - for or against - either proposal. Hamden Supervisor Wayne Marshfield dissented with other supervisors on raises for the public defender and real property tax director. Marshfield was joined in opposition to the real property tax director raise by Walton Supervisor Joe Cetta.
