WALTON - Last year the Walton Fall Market had 54 vendors, 4 food trucks and around 600 people attended the event. It was a cold, rainy, and windy day, but it went off without a hitch. This the call for vendors was expanded and the outpouring of support has been overwhelming. Vendors are coming from Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York. Currently there are 120 vendors and 7 food trucks that have signed up. There will be everything from jewelry makers, wood crafters, baked goods, antiques, collectables, household, and so many more unique vendors at the event. Get your fall and Christmas shopping done early this year. There will be musical entertainment and face painting for the kids all day. New this year is a Classic Car Cruise in from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.. If you have a classic car, there will be a special leaf peeking cruise before the cruise in at 10 a.m. Meet at Veterans Plaza for a short cruise through some of Delaware County’s beautiful countryside, with the final stop at the Walton Fall Market at the Delaware County Fairgrounds where there will a designated parking area for the cars. Admission is $2, kids under 12 will be admitted free, and free parking with handicap accessible parking available. All vendors will be under cover, including the musical entertainment, and a massive food court with covered seating.
