DELHI - Amy Kille, 42, Walton, was sentenced to five years probation on a driving while intoxicated conviction, in Delaware County Court, Monday, May 20.
Kille admitted to driving while intoxicated in Walton on Aug. 30, 2023. Kille, as a condition of her probation, must successfully complete adult treatment court. Her driver’s license was revoked for one year and she is required to install an ignition interlock device on any motor vehicle she drives if her driver’s license is reinstated.
