WALTON — Ronda L. Williams will remain on the November ballot for Delaware County Treasurer after declining multiple requests from her opponent’s campaign to withdraw.
Williams, who is running on the Conservative Party line, cited low turnout in the recent Republican primary — where only 18% of registered voters participated — as a reason to continue her campaign into the general election.
She criticized her opponent as inexperienced and claimed voters deserve a choice backed by real experience and a solid understanding of the critical duties of the treasurer’s office.
The general election is November 4, 2025.
