County Route 14 in Franklin will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, to replace a failing culvert pipe. The closure will be between Tupper Hill Road and Post Road (approximately 4,200 feet west of Tupper Hill Road). The rain date for this project is Wednesday, Aug. 30.
Motorists should seek alternate routes.
