The 2023 General Election is Tuesday, Nov. 7, with voting from 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. at your assigned polling place.

Oct. 23 is the last day for Board of Elections to receive application or letter of application by mail or online portal for General Election absentee ballot.
Oct. 28 is the last day an application can be received by Board of Elections for eligibility to vote in the General Election.
Oct. 28 is the last day for Board of Elections to receive change of address from a registered voter.
Nov. 6 is the last day to apply in person for General Election absentee ballot.
Nov. 7 is the last day to postmark ballot. Ballot must be received by Nov. 14.
Nov. 7 is the last day for a ballot to be delivered in person to Board of Elections or to your poll site, by close of polls.
An absentee ballot dropoff box is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week outside the board of elections office.
Early voting will be held at the Delaware County Board of Elections, 97 Main Street, Suite 5, Delhi, from Saturday, Oct. 28 through Sunday, Nov. 5; Saturday, Oct. 28 and Sunday Oct. 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday, Oct. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Oct. 31 and Wednesday Nov. 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday, Nov. 2 and Friday, Nov. 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 4 and Sunday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The board of elections office is accessible to voters with disabilities.
If a voter casts a ballot during early voting the voter will not be allowed to vote on Election Day - Tuesday, Nov. 7, or on a subsequent voting day of early voting.
