DELHI - Paul M. Fontana Jr, 37, of Delhi, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury June 13, charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, accused of making a handcuff key and having it in his possession.
Fontana is being held at the Delaware County Jail, on unrelated charges, awaiting arraignment in Delaware County Court.
