DELHI - Keith Audette, 49, Hamden, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury on June 6, and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a required ignition interlock device and driving while ability impaired on April 9 in the village of Walton.
Audette is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment June 24.
