KORTRIGHT - Devon R. Kupris, 22, Kortright, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in Kortright Town Court Monday June 18. Kupris admitted to driving while intoxicated in the town of Kortright Jan. 20, 2024. Kupris received a conditional discharge and must install an ignition intelock device on any vehicle he operates. In addition to the conditional discharge, Kupris’ driver’s license was revoked for six months and he must complete a impaired driver program.
