DAVENPORT - New York State Police (NYSP) at Oneonta arrested Drew D. Sylvester, 29, of Oneonta for the felony of Criminal Contempt in the first degree and misdemeanor of Criminal Trespass in the second degree on Saturday, Sept. 25.
Troopers responded to a residence at the Mountainview Trailer Park in Davenport for a report of a domestic dispute on Sunday, Sept. 19. An investigation revealed that Sylvester entered the residence and remained inside unlawfully. He violated an order of protection and harassed the victim during the incident. Sylvester left the area prior to the trooper’s arrival and they were not able to locate him.
Sylvester was located by the City of Oneonta Police and turned over to NYSP. He was arraigned by a judge and remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
