Margaret Champlin Decker, 98, of Stamford, passed away peacefully Friday, Dec. 15, 2023.
A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held from 12 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at the Hobart Community Center (next to the fire department) Cornell Ave., Hobart.
