DELHI - Shannon Finch, 52, of Margaretville, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury Oct. 3, 2024, and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, accused of possessing methamphetamine in Fleischmanns on May 5.
Finch was previously arraigned in Middletown Town Court and released on recognizance. Finch awaits a court appearance in Delaware County Court.
