DELHI - Duane L. Gardepe, 61, Masonville, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury May 16 and charged with first-degree rape, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree criminal sexual act, third-degree aggravated sexual abuse, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree menacing and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Gardepe is accused of sexually assaulting a victim at gunpoint and refusing to allow the victim to leave his residence on May 9.
Gardepe pleaded not guilty to the charges in Delaware County Court May 21, and is being held without bail, awaiting a court appearance June 17.
