Each year Garry and Joan Stevens, Jim Sawdy and Barb Butler placed American flgas along Neff Hill Road in Bainbridge as a tribute to veterans. They started with the placement of a couple of hundred flags, which grew to more than 1,300 placed along 2 1/2 miles of roadway. The flags will be in place through the end of the week.
