There will be traffic delays on Arbor Hill Road in Delhi. While the road is not closed, the travelling public should expect intermittent delays for ongoing bridge work. If traveling to the SUNY Delhi Golf Course, college farm or 4-H Camp Shankitunk, give yourself extra time.
